People who have very little often do not get enough nourishment, have health problems that don't get treated due to lack of money. They can't afford to travel and go to school so they tend to have less education.

Some people who come by money are affected by the power of money. They learn they can do things they could not before. They sometimes get careless with their morals or take risks and get into trouble that might not have happened before.

Then there are others who are so grateful for their new found fortune they work hard at finding ways to make their money count for the good of others. They start foundations that pay tuition for students to go to higher education. They begin or fund charities. They donate to expand hospitals.

So, there are two sides of the coin and the deciding factor is the character of the individual....

Have you ever been so poor that you don't know where your next meal is coming from?
Have you ever been homeless?
Or maybe even just lived in a really terrible place, one room which may or may not have a bathroom?

There are many folks out there who don't have a job through no fault of their own. Maybe they are mentally or physically ill and can't work. And some people work very hard for minimum wage but still can't pay all the bills at the end of the month even though they don't smoke or drink.

If you have never been in that position, you can't possibly know how much money can change a person's life, even if it's not a huge amount. Just knowing they don't have to worry about the next month's rent or if they can afford to pay the heat bill or if they can buy Xmas gifts for the children who still believe in Santa is a tremendous relief.

Or you might mean 'How can a great deal of money change an average person's life?' ... An 'average person' meaning someone who does have a reasonable job, a home and a car. There are always more things in the world to enjoy..... bigger houses, nicer cars, trips, clothes..... and most of those are out of reach to the average person, especially those who live in a big city where everything is so expensive. If he or she won a huge lottery, I'm sure they would pay down their bills, spend a fair amount, share with their families and donate to charities. Yes, they might be considered 'rich' but if they were loving, kind people to start with, money shouldn't change them. If they were big party goers and didn't take care of their finances before the money arrived, they'll probably drink and party it away in no time.

But remember, if you don't have your health, all the money in the world won't help. You may be able to afford an excellent doctor but that doesn't mean he can cure you.

In order to have things you need money however you really need love cause its the love that will change a persons life forever but the money is there to do stuff with and make the person smile and be happy more i dont know how it changes people life but i am guessing that with money you can do more with people than you could while broke.

People are greedy and forgot whats important in real life. If i were rich, i would help people, a bigger house, faster car, would make my life nicer, but the money used for that could change so many peoples lives for the better
