Feet size in general is realitive to one's height and frame. If you are six foot tall you will have larger feet than a 5 foot tall person. Geneder plays a part in it too. A man has a larger foot than a woman does.
Height is decitated by the nutirents that are availbe and genetics. Needless to say if you don't get the right food you won't grow to be as tall.
Asians are smaller because of this.

Uhhh.... I don't think so. Feet are feet... all the Asian girls I hang out with have "regular" feet. I myself am a size 8, and all the guys I know have around that or bigger, sooo... that blows YOUR theory out of the water.

Not all other races have big foot hence not all Asians are small foot. There are Asians that are baskerballer tall and huge it depends not in general.
