No it's not. Not under any condition. If your not honest you've got problems coming if there aren't already some.

No it is not ok to lie to your spouse.
It makes no difference what it is about, you do not lie.
If you get caught in a lie once, everybody will stop believing anything you say.
In most cases when you tell one lie then you have to tell another lie to cover up that lie and then the next thing you know your whole life is nothing but one big lie.

Everyone tells little white lies here or there. Like oh yes those shoes only cost 20.00 dollars (really 50). Or u don't like this chicken oh i cooked it all night(its take out). But if ur telling a lie that will hurt or possibly come back to bite u in the *** then ur better being honest. Or don't get into trouble and do anything wrong. Now confess to us what did u do and why!!!!!

I wouldn't suggest lieing no. one lie leads to another one to keep covering up and if she finds out you lied she'll wonder what else you lied about and your credibililty will be tarnished and to get her faith back will take lots of work. best to be upfront or avoid those type of questions so you dont' have to come out with a lie.
small white lies when you know it would hurt someone would probably be better than hurting them example if she ask you do i look fat. ( and you think she is ) dont' say yes say you look alright hun she'll catch that alright and say what do you mean then you can elaborate more and say i think you look nice hun just mayb ea little off here or there. that way your telling her nicely without coming out and saying your fat lol. thats alittle white lie.

depends on what you are lying about if you lie about say spending money thats just stupid but if your having an affair then your i will not say what you are cause i am a lady and no one deserves to be lied to like that it happend to me and it happend at a really bad time in my life and i will never forgive him lying is not good in a relationship the trust is broken if you want to have an honest relationship with your partner then he/she deserves to know the truth about what ever it is no matter what the concequences are you need to face them

For things that matter, it's not okay. But if spend too much on a pair of jeans for our skinny waisted daughter, I'll cut $20 off the price if he asks. Little stupid things, I will fudge with him, just like he does with me, but for things that effect our lives and relationship, we have no secrets.

If the lying is for a good course then it's ok. But if you are lying because you did something that hurting parties & for your own benefits it's not ok.
