Last week, Regis was on vacation and on Friday Clay Aiken cohosted with her and they were joking around with each other like she and Regis do all the time. She was about to say something offensive to Clay and he covered her mouth and she felt this was inappropriate so she explained that to Regis today.

I think Clay Aiken was very rude and very unprofessional in what he did to kelly and i totally agree with her . That was a huge no-no obviously he has forgotten his manners with his swelled ego . remember what he looked like when he first came on american idol OMG what a geek !!!! He placed his hand over her mouth while they were interviewing Emitt Smith and that dancer from Dancing with the Stars. She said it was very unprofessional and that's just not something you do during an interview.
