My parents had money when I was young and when I was about 15 they didnt do so good and spent most
of their money on issues that happened. My mom got breast cancer 2 years ago and the insurance didnt cover
all of the bills so then it got even more worst. My dad is now 67 and my mom is 54. My dad is old and have leg issues
that makes him not beable to work any hard jobs as most jobs now require to do so much. I have a younger brother which is 13 years old and he is in junior high.
I dropped out of high school when I was 16 and made money selling stuff online and buying wholesale. The profit was pretty good but from all
the stress I had which is paying most of the bills around $1200 a month and paying my own bills. I went to gamble
and lost alot of money. Now I am 20 years old and my business is not so good anymore. I do not have a GED diploma,
I don't even know what I'm good at.
You can call me a loser. I dont know where to start,,..Thank you for hearing me out...

You don't sound like a loser to me...a young man taking on all that responsibility....
Look, get your GED.
Stick to the business you were good at. You did well once, you'll do it again.
Read F.Scot Peck's book, "The Road Less Traveled" for inspiration an good living.
Make a vow never to gamble again...you learned your lesson. We all learn lessons, only loser don't learn. Good luck.

Being a 21 year old i got to give it up to you, having your own business that's awesome. I strongly suggest that you do get your GED. You are almost 2-3 (if not more) times as likely to get a job with a GED/high school diploma than you are with out one. After achieving this task then get a job. A staffing business such as staffmark makes it so easy to find whatever kind of job you need whether permanent or just part time (promise this is not a commercial). But after you get a better control over the finances then consider getting an associate/bachelor degree. Because once again the more education you have, the more likely you are to get hired in large high paying companies.

Also I suggest not to go full time in the education thing, because after being out of school for so long it will be easy to get burned out. So just get a job and take a few night classes. But whatever you do good luck

Sounds like you need general direction in life. I'll try not to get too distracted but make sure you make God a big part of your life. Now, back to your question. First things first, do you have debt? Clean it up, little stuff first then start making bigger payments on the bigger debts with the money you save from the little ones. Once your debt is gone, you can start saving money to get an education. This part you'll need to decide on yourself. You can get your GED and go to college, or you could go to trade school. But either way, get into something that can support you for the rest of your life, or at least a long time. Don't ever build up debt because it will hold you back and keep you from making changes when you need or want to. After all of that, start investing your money into some good mutual funds. Check out this website, it has lots of information as well as some links to some websites that might also help you out. Check out 48 Days to the Work You Love, a book - also a workbook, even better. Good luck with building a good life.

You are not a loser. A loser would give up and you haven't. Think of things you like, do you like working with people, or at a desk, or on projects, or with your hands? Picture what you would like to do when you get up in the morning. Go out and talk to everyone you know........that is everyone who is a person you think has done well. Tell them you're ready to work and ask them for a chance to prove yourself. You never know what it will lead to!! You can also go to career cousellors at most colleges. There should be no charge, and you can see if you can get financing for programs they have. Ask them how they help you find job opportunities after graduation. Keep your chin up, you're doing a great thing right now by asking for help instead of wallowing in worry!! You'll be fine!!

well first thing you NEED TO DO is defiatly find a way to get your GED.
After that I would suggest you find a part time job and go to a commmunity or tech college for a couple years and get a degree in somthing.
Good news is your 20 and you got time to straighten things out.
Sounds like you need to stop that gambling thing too.

What you are describing when you discuss the loss of Mother and Grandmother are known as feelings of abandonment. These feelings are quite common and are to be expected. Also, the distance you feel from your Father stem from the loss of the Maternal images in your life. Your desire for a g/f to talk to are a good thing. Even a friendship you could form with a young lady would be healthy outlet for you. I would recommend that you seek some counseling from a licensed therapist to help you sort through your feelings that you may understand and accept them and ultimately move forward in your life. The schoolwork will pay big dividends, but, if you are overwhelmed, talk to a curriculum counselor to trim some classes or postpone a course or two. May God bless you.
