Even through testing, a hypothesis can be found true in a test, but it still doesn't become law. how many tests does it take for a hypothesis to be considered a law?

Law, as used in science, means, "a principle of organization, procedure, or technique", frequently expressed in mathematical terms, if possible. When undemonstrated, it's also called an hypothesis, or an untested law. When it's demonstrated sufficiently, then it's a tested law. "Hypothesis" simply means "tentative, or something to be demonstrated". It does not mean, "pre-law". For example, Newton devised his "Law of Gravitation" before it was sufficiently shown to be quite accurate for most ordinary purposes. Just because Einstein later came up with his own "Law of Gravitation" based on general relativity doens't mean that Newton's own "Law of Gravitation" is no longer a law. It's still a law, expressed in Newtonian terms. The layman often confuses the legal understanding of the term "law" with the way it's used in science or mathematics. In science or mathematics, "law" does not mean, "oh, now you have to accept this as a fact!". It simply refers to a concise explanatory statement, or equation, whether or not it's tested.

a hypothesis becomes a law when the theory(hypothesis) is confirmed. like the hypothesis is just an idea it becomes a law when it's proven to be true. when Newton had a "hypothesis" about a force pulling objects down, he tested it many times with different objects and places and all that stuff. He proved it right so it became a "law".

If a hypothesis proved to be right again and again for a thousand times, comparing it with observations, the trust is growing all the time. After some years it becomes a law.
Sometimes the hypothesis can be deducted and proved from another deeper theory.
