what is the black robe like thing that judges wear?? and can you list toys that kids would play with associated with law and government, such as police cars, handcuffs, gavels.........

no it is not a hw assignment, i need to write and essay and i don't know what its called and i can't think of any more toys related to law.

It's called a black robe. I've never seen any other special term for it.
