manatory that all pepole was casterated when thay was made to be a knowed problem to the public in that way do you think it would change the way pepole did and look at trying and doing the stuf thay get by with time and time again i realy think so but its just me

Yes save the tax payers money and the overloaded jails if your saying a man who rapes children pedifilers etc.,. yes putting htem in jail doesn't correct the problem we see them get out on the streets and go back to what they were doing so yes cut it off and problem solved. and we save our children and the tax payers and the over crowded jails for other crimes

I think woman that have a child out of wedlock should be fixed or not be able to get on welfare.
I don't think your program will work since many times a man is accused of rape and in reality the girl is just making it up to save her reputation.
