There are polls, there are talk shows, and then there is the REAL THING that says it all. . .

Look at how many Americans turn out to vote. Usually they'd say it was great if HALF the REGISTERED VOTERS actually voted.

But it's agreed that NOT even HALF REGISTER TO VOTE !

That means that we feel good if half vote of the half registered. That's less than 1/4 of us voting.

That's a real clear statement that the American people don't think their votes will make a difference.

Not much belief in our government, which is made up of the politicians who run it.

We should care, we should run for office, but it will take a genuine movement of the masses of us to take control of our government. We must do that, but right now, it's not happening.

Vote for me next time!!! "Give me liberty, or give me death!" That kind of attitude is what it takes to keep this government on target of freedom and rights for all.

I think your question is too wide. You might want to ask does anyone trust people who work for the government. Cause each person is different, and some people are good some are bad. You can't really judge the government base on preception, rather you want to judge the governent by how majority of governors are doing for the society.

As for me, I trust the government, but I don't agree with the decisions the government made in the past.

You are not the only one my friend. For I am actually fighting the government. I am in no way confident of a non-corrupt government. We are living in a worl where no one actually searches for answers they just do what they are told. We are sheep{for lack of a better term}. We do what we are hearded into. In doing this we have allowed for our government's own corruption. You are right to be distrusting of our government or any other for that matter. We must begin to fight against this unknown oppression and live for once.

Only a fool would trust the government. All we can do is have faith enough in them to make the right decisions to keep us safe at home.

Compared to whom? I trust our elected leaders a lot more than I trust the unelected press.

I don't trust them either. We need to kick the entire lot out, judges and all, and start over. All of them are corrupt.
