Time is so precious, too important to waste it by being bored, unless you NEED some down time to just rest. Otherwise, get your imagination going-write down your thoughts, your questions, your anger, your joy-you may end up writing a book! Or grab some paper and start drawing--even if you scribble and try to find an object within the scribble. Go outdoors and take a walk and find a spot to sit and observe people, nature, and focus on the beauty of one thing. Look into your mind, heart, and surroundings, and you need never to be bored again!

Yes we fill boring too. Guess what why don't yougo out for a walk to refresh your mind i'm sure you won't fill boring anymore
