with all the problems we have when it comes to child pornography that the artist JoJo is only 15 years old and if you listen to song #2 on her latest CD - she sings the lyrics "do me, do me right now" - continually - over and over.
Does this bother anyone?
I feel like no one else notices that all young girls are being lured to become flaunts and over sexual at very young ages.
Then we have a 15 year old musician singing about being bent over and fuc%$#.
I am apalled and fed up with our ironic view in society. We scold men for gawking at young girls but on the other hand we entice young girls to show off their pubic bones, etc.

Yes, it bothers me very much. I think these poor girls are being sent the wrong message from the media, as well as tv and radio. I worry for them, they start way to young and get involved in some dangerous activity. I don't even know if anyone is talking to most of them. What ever happened to dress codes in the schools. The way most of them dress today, why even bother wearing clothes at all. I truly believe it will get alot worse before it gets better.

Just go to my question in the Magazines section about the season finale of The Girls Next Door. Apparently pornography is becoming so acceptable that a mother takes her younger-than-10-year-old daughter to meet Hef and the girls.

I for one agree with your point of view. Children that age shouldn't even fathom the types of things that they are listening to on the radio or CD. And as for the publicist that dresses them in scantly clad outfits, I say "Shame on you!" Look what happened to Britney Spears, case in point. Her first hit pegged her in a Catholic school girl uniform and the next thing anyone knew, she was the biggest sex symbol in pop music.
I don't agree with pedophilia by any means, I find it sick and depraving but how bad is society when we push for that image from children?

it bothers me. look at pagent girls. jon benet ramsey... the oversexualization of our society is as disgusting as it is hypocritical. besides scolding we have young girls singing songs like that and younger girls and boys listening to it, seeing hypersexualized music videos, magazine ads, car ads, clothing ads, television shows and movies then people expect kids to practice abstinence. yeah right!

Sorry but as a sixteen year old I have no problem with it. I have to question the judgment of her parents though.

Also, I don't think you have this in the right category...
