HATE 'em. Would NEVER date a woman with them. They're fake, so she must be, too.

DON'T do it...

Personally I do not believe that women should receive breast plants. I do not believe that women should alter their breasts unless because of a medical issue. If a woman has smaller breasts, that's ok. That doesn't make someone less attractive as a person. If a woman has large breasts, that is ok too. Breast reduction should be considered if medically it is necessary for the woman. And breast implants should be considered if a woman has lost a breast due to cancer, in order to lead a more normal life. But for pure aesthetic reasons, just leave things the way God made them, and learn to love yourself for the way you look, and you will be attractive to others.

Well, I am not a man but, I am a lesbian; so, I feel qualified to answer this question anyway. Although my opinion may be irrelevant to you.

Personally I prefer smaller breasts. That aside though, I feel that most implants look unnatural. I prefer breasts that look natural and have a little sag to them. Implants tend to make breasts have an unnatural shape and perkiness to them.

i am a woman, but I work in this business. From my personal experience, most men do not recognize implants. I can spot them a mile away, and I have never found a man who is able to tell the difference between real and fake. They are so used to seeing the fake on tv and Victoria's Secret that they think that's what real breasts look like these days. So, while I appreciate men who say they like real breasts, I have trouble believing they don't also, unknowingly, like the fake ones.

Imagine a wife giving her husband a surprise, "Honey, I upgraded my body....." Alot of files are going to run through his mind. I need not explain them here. It's all understood.
Conclusion, he can have a share of the pie by playing with an upgraded toy. But he is going to be jealous when she exposes her new size to the other guys. Because, Jupiter is more visible than Mars and the guys are going to pay more attention on her. It could boost her confidence, so could find herself on top of things but her husband might go through a depression phase. Because that's not what he wanted.
The longer a couple stays together the more the importance of inner beauty is felt by the husband. This could cause him to overlook outer beauty that depresses the wife. It is really a balancing act. At one instance you (women) can have it all, and another instance loose it all. Truly a high price to pay.

they're hopelessly gross.

they don't fool anybody.

And what the HELL is wrong with small boobs?

I think this is one area where women underestimate men.

Maybe there are some guys shallow enough to go for the rubber-tub-toy unnatural Pam Anderson liver-lipped shaved Barbie doll with stretched-chest skin balloons look, but I hope not too many.

However many there are, I ain't one of them. And I sure wouldn't advise any women to waste money trying to attract one of them by augmenting her jugs, or even to keep the media brainwashed lardhead she already has.

Making Ben and Jerry high and lifted up can be a good thing. If a women wants to have her solders up and out at attention might be an expression of power and might give her more confidence.
What do I think of the advancement of boobology?
To have the blouse puppies standing up and really barking is one thing. But when they look like they've stuffed their chest with balloons and blew them up is a bit much.

Have you heard of the Cattleman Bra by Pennerich. It is neat. It get them up and moves them out

to be completely honest i hate the very idea of them. women are the most beautiful things on the planet and the closest thing i've found to perfect. it doesn't matter if you're tall, short, skinny, thick, big-breasted or small-breasted. there's a reason you are the way you are, don't mess with perfection.

I might be in the minority, if I knew someone that had them I would not have a problem dating them. If i had a g/f that wanted them I would want to support her in that decision I would make sure she is taken care of after the operation. I think she would know I would want her to be big as all possible...I would not push her to be my size.
If she did not want them I would not push her to have them.
There are women small cupped I would love to date. There are big boobed women with their breasts heading south; they are still pretty and nice to be with. I think if she needed a better bra I would want to help her with that

I think I would look just plain silly with 'em. lol
Seriously, A womans breasts should be sized proportionaly with the rest of her body. Some really do need them, some don't.

They vary in quality and realism but to me it's a woman's mind I find most attractive. That said you can't notice a mind at first glance. Also I think they are great for breast cancer survivors
