i have seen it at wal-mart, dollar tree, wal-greens, and several stores for $1... not hard to find... it's public domain (more or less) so every cheapo DVD company puts it out... i probably have 4 copies of it myself...

It was done by the Fleischer brothers, but i don;t know where you can find it
