Depends on where you live and whether your area has a ban or by law on such things.
In my city, some areas have absolutely no restrictions whereas other areas you aren't even allowed to operate a business from within your home.
Best to contact the City Hall and ask directly...if you are in a rural area...it may not be a problem at all...city/urban/subs...it could be.
Can't say more given I don't know where you are but the city office can assist

Zoning laws are just that, laws. Break the law and you can get ticketed or arrested.
Now, if these are your own creations, a few "garage sales" won't hurt. However, you might do better with a website and mail order.

New or used! If they area new and it is a "store" you may need a permit or license. But if it is a rummage sale or "yard" sale it should be OK as long as it is not against you Neighborhood association rules.

Do you have a license to sell retail merchandise? On the sidewalk? Is the merchandise stolen?

yes, your house is not zoned for commercial use, you do not have a licsense to sell merchandise to the public, and you can bet your neighbors will be more than eager to call the police

It depends on city ordinances, where you are located and proximity to competing establishments/stores. Make sure you are on you own property and not public. Check with your government office first.

Possibly.
If your neighbors complain, the responding officers might ask to see your business license or sales permit, and cite you if you don't have one.
