POSTED: 7:08 am MST November 13, 2006
NEW YORK -- This week's episode of "Nip/Tuck" will be the last for Joely Richardson.
Richardson told TV Guide online that she's leaving the show to take care of her daughter, who needs several surgeries on her leg.
She said her daughter, Daisy, was 1 year old when doctors discovered she had a rare circulatory problem with her veins.
Richardson said surgeons and hospitals have been a big part of their lives ever since.
The actress said they always knew her daughter, who is now 15, would need more surgeries and "the time has come."
