I think she was. You could see it in her eyes and you could hear it in her voice. There has been discussion if the whole affair with Adam Copeland (Edge) affected her, because you could tell everything that she said to the fans about how we have treated her was how she really felt or at least mostly. Personally, I don't know how it couldn't affect her, but she really has nobody to blame but herself. Still, you can't help but feel a little sorry for her, especially since she is leaving the company in a real bad way. In fact, I don't think somebody has left in a worse way since Bret Hart. What do you think?

it did look like she was crying, and she was talking from the heart finnally. i really didnt like her as edges girl but most of what she said was true about changing womens role in wwe. her retirement is coming at a bad time

I'm not sure if she was crying but she was talking from the heart you could tell. I felt bad for her but it was her fault, I've met Matt and Jeff and they're really great guys and yes it was her personal life but it became public and I think it made fans look at her in a different light. As for wrestling I do believe she was the 1st female to really get in the ring and take some blows. She was my favorite diva for a long time, but the last year or so she was Edge's cheerleader......she rarely fought and did her high flying moves and now the storyline with Mickie James, the handcuffed feet and the 1 arm behind her back and blindfolded......its making it look like she can't win a fair fight anymore. In a way I feel bad for her but at the same time it was her doing, I wish her luck with her band though.

I know why she said what she said, but I don't agree? Lita single handily revolutionized women in wrestling? Give me a break! She broke the mold from the "Eye Candy" to the womens wrestler? Nope. She has one ego that women like Madusa, Jazz, Jacqueline, and Ivory should smack down! Those women I mentioned can wrestle and wrestle well, even against the guys. Lets not forget about Chyna, the ONLY woman to win a top rated titled other that the woman's championship, the intercontinental. Chyna wasnt a bout eye candy.... she was about business. Also this B.S. of Lita saying she broke her neck wrestling? She broke her neck doing her own move on a Jessica Alba stunt double for Dark Angel. She didn't break her neck wrestling "for the fans". Not to mention if you google Lita and dig deep enough you will find out what she really did to make it to where she is at now (hint what she did to matt is nothing compared). Anyway im glad she's leaving...... kinda hypocritical the she talks about the jump from eye candy to wrestler..... have you seen the tops she's been wearing?

It looked like she was about to have a emotional breakdown. I kind feel sorry for her. I wish she wouldn't retire from wrestling because it seems like all the divas that can actually wrestling are retiring first Trish now Lita. Who is next Victoria? The only reason Lita is retiring is because she is wants to pursue a career in acting and singing her band. I think she should stick to wrestling because she is not that great of a singer. I'm sad that Lita is leaving.She used to be one of my favorite diva's and has opened alot of doors for future diva's(like me hopefully).2006 has not been a good year.Everybody leaving.

i think i saw a tear but it could have been the lighting.but i knew she was retireing since unforgiven when trish did because she has nobody to chanllge her . but not only bert hart felt bad but look at the rock thats a family tradtion he must have felt bad about leaveing

I dont think Lita hates the fans. I think she was upset about having to play a ho so now she is leaving.

i haven't watched it yet...but it really s*ck! 1st trish and now lita?? what's happening!? all of wwe's wrestling divas are leaving one by one!! aww man and she's leaving with a bad reputation as well
