Where does the "Boobs McGee" nickname come from?

I KNOW "Boobs Mcgee" is waaaay older than Anchorman! I was called that in Jr. High! ( 1992 - 1994).

I believe Boobs McGee and Busty St. Clair came from a Simpson's episode years ago.
