I have searched my desktop settings and I have tried holding down the "Ctrl" + "Alt" key while hitting the arrow keys and nothing happens.

Right Click on Desktop
Select Properties
Select Settings
Select Advanced
Look for Rotation Tab

It depends on what type of videocard you have. Follow the previous guy's instruction up to "click advanced". After that, you need to find a place where it will let you rotate the screen.
If you can get to that far, you should be able to find the place to change it back.
