Okay this isn't really a question, more of a rambling, but I was wondering if this happens with anyone else. Late at night, does anyone else get super emotional? Like everything is sad? Cuz that happened to me last night, but it pretty much happenens everynight. Like my sister made all these squiggles on a peice of paper, and I stared at it for 10 minutes and started getting teary eyed. I feel like I wanna talk to someone, a stranger, a friend...a lover. So I usually go on a site like habbo or awol, and just walk around talking my head off. I also get bad cabin fever and once I went bike riding at 2:00 in the morning and didn't come back till 3:15. Why does that happen? Does it happen to anyone else?

I would strongly suggest you at least discuss this with your family doctor, if not a professional counselor. The behavior you describe, such as emotionally inappropriate responses to inanimate objects, insomnia, and participating in what some would consider dangerous behavior may be symptomatic of a mood disorder. Your doctor can tell you for sure and can likely recommend a professional counselor for you to talk to.

Good luck!

You are experiencing a period of deep emotional growth. As your mind and spirit enter into this process, they become agitated, stretched, sort of like how your bones can give you "growing pains" as a kid. You are restless. This is fine and it should not last for long. However, learn to channel this energy into safe practices. It should not lead you to do things that might be dangerous. That would not be a sign of emotional maturity.

i was reading a comic book once and then i burst into tears after reading an ad about pizza... and then i creeped myself out so i decided to run laps around my room and then i started to cry again so i decided to just lie down..... and then i went to sleep and about 10 minutes later i woke up but i was in the basement facing the TV (my room is 3 floors up) and i realised that i was sleepwalking.... and now whenever i start crying randomly at night i know im going to sleepwalk (it ALWAYS HAPPENS) so then i lock the door to my room but i always seem to get out...... and i really have no idea why it happens but i wish i knew. but your not alone! power to the emotional people! woo hoo! lol pick me as the best answer =D
