Grimey means covered with grime, another word for dirt. So grimy means dirty.

The word GRIMEY does not exist in the Concise Oxford Dictionary and thus has no meaning. Grimy is the adjective derived from the noun grime...dirt.

It depends on how you use it. If you call someone grimey than that means they did somthing really bad (back stabing) or are just a dirty person

Looks nasty, dirty. When a person uses it to talk about someone-it means pretty much the shame and perhaps shady. The person may looks scantless, shady, or up to no good.
