I like rts games and I was wondering, Is the warcraft 3 Battle Chest any good? (I don't have any Warcraft Games.)

Warcraft 3 will certainly serve your purposes, but it's kinda old.
Other suggestions:
Rome: Total War
Warhammer 40K: Dawn of War
Rise of Nations/Legends
All of these games are a tad newer.

Warcraft 3 is fun but old, I definetely Recommend World Of Warcraft though.

If you like real-time strategy games, it's a darned good one. You can find it pretty cheap, and can get a lot of enjoyment out of it. Graphics are a bit dated now, but it's still fun.
