Tornado, lasts minutes. Thunderstorms hours, Blizzard hours to a day or so. Hurricane, day to several days.

You need to be more specific. Do you mean duration period, or how long it lasts over ONE area? Tornadoes have known to stay on the ground for over 3 hours. But they don't last long in the same area. Thunderstorms have the shortest duration, if you are talking about in ONE area. Hurricanes can last short too. I have seen a hurricane move at 40 mph and be a small system, and not last long at all. The answer to this question really can be all of them except Blizzard.

Most usually it would be the tornado
Fairly short in duration and extreme in it's impact
of course tornadoes most usually come out of thunderstorm activity---but---the tornado itself as a stand alone entity is very short lived in comparison
From time to time there will be a stingeroo that will set down and just forget to ascend or disapate--although rare--they sometimes can sit down and stay down for an incredibably long time !!!
