Hard to implement.

I run a computer repair business, but there is not much use to advertise here, most of the people are far away. I give away lots of free advice, I like to help people out. If I have to pay to give answers, I could not afford it.

It would only increase the number of advertisers and the profits of Yahoo! (Actual companies would get involved once it became OK)

Neither of those things would help the fact that they're annoying and have no place here.

only if they are blatent about it. there is a difference in reccomending a piece of software that solves the askers problem and pasting a foot long advertisement for a piece of software even when the question isn't even relevent.

How will they charge them... It would require all users to supply credit card info and agree ahead of time to unauthorized charges... that would kill this feature.
