The people with high IQ's have children with high IQ's. allowing for people who devote time to the childs development is importand. Read to children, go to the zoo. walk in the park talk to the child about many thinks. that help improve vocabulary, reading ability and also teach them to follow instructions.

A fact a learned in a class, Some children are sent to kindergarden with out knowing what the names of colors, cannot count to 10, they are unable to dress themselves and can not control motor fuctions(can not sit and listen) this lowers IQ becaues the best time to teach a child is before they are 4years old.

Well, yes and no. Intelligence is inherited to a degree but there are so many things that can happen during gestation, birth and early childhood that affects the child's intelligence quotient. You cannot just broadly say smart parents have smart kids, although it would seem that way might be the acceptable analogy.

none...but i'm sure the biggest percentage of a child's IQ is inherited from the mom, my psych. professor said that's about 80%
