I'd have to say Dane Cook. Not just because he's so damn hot but, the first time I heard him I peed.

Definitely Dane Cook when I saw Vicious Circle he cracked me up. Carlos is a racist and obnoxious. They are both different and have different styles. I think George Lopez is way funnier then Carlos Mencia. But between your selection Dane Cook he is soo hot as well.

Dane Cook by far. Carlos Mencia only talks about race 90% of the time, and it gets pretty old hearing the word "beaner" every other minute. Dane Cook is just genious, a hilarious genious.

I think Carlos Mencia all the way! I like Dane Cook but he tries to hard...his jokes are FUNNY but his delivery is OFF...BUT Mencia is the funniest. He can make jokes about everything...but sometimes i want to laugh at something other then his racial jokes...anyway i think Mencia is WAY better!
