It all has to do with the smoker. It definitely has negatives: You forget things...a lot, you eat more (coudl be good if you're underweight though), you are less focused and you can be on the lazy side too.

However, you also can get another view on life, you can become more relaxed, you can feel happier when you're down. Some people react with a desire to learn. I know when I started I wanted to learn absolutely everything. I read books on quantum theory, theology, history, science, you name it.

I quit one day out of the blue. I just didn't have the desire to go get more. I think it was a good thing for me too. I'd be in the middle of a sentence and forget what I was talking about. That's embarrassing.

Some people react badly and lose all focus and responsibility. They will push their limits by getting completely baked and then driving 70mph through someone's house. Most people would be too paranoid to get in the car. It's completely different for everyone, just like alcohol. You have to know yourself and know your limits.

I'm going to say no for me. It made me irresponsible, and my grades started slipping alot.

However, my boyfriend seems to think that he is a much better person when he does, he says it makes him productive, but i like him better when he doesnt do it..

What the hell is the matter with you? Don't you know that the crime cops are watching all internet correspondence now since we've lost our civil rights. I sure wouldn't admit it if I had tried it (but I bet it would be fun)!
