In the Celebrity Paranormal Project they call the location "Hawthorne Mill." If you've been searching this name it's very likely you won't find any information on it. Reason being they did not use the real location's name on the show. The real name is "Ayers Island Mill," located at Ayers Island. I haven't found much information on it at all and no information about any deaths or paranormal activity taking place there, so now I kind of find it hard to believe the place is really haunted (it was just an abandoned place set up for TV.)

I live in Maine near Bangor and there are so many mills throughout the state! And I have never even ehard of that! If I were you I would do a search on haunted mills in Maine or something similar to that. Odds are it was a mill in a small town near Bangor. Maine is mostly small towns that are only known by the name of the city they are near. Good luck!!!!!

She's right it's the Ayers Island Mill. I looked up a bunch of info on it, and viewed pictures, it is the correct one. It's down by the water in Orono. It was bought by a private invester in 2004, with the premise of being a center for arts and culture. Since then, they really haven't done anything of the sort. They worked with UMO for a while for education, and now they're working with the department of homeland security testing big brother type monitoring systems.
