For your information,ml. is the unit of volume and gm is the unit of mass.So these two diffrent units cannot be compared.In the case of pure watr,1 ml. of water is 1 gm.by weight.So 15 ml of water would be weighing 15 gms and hence naturally be more than 10 gms.Definition of density is mass/unit of volume and hence it becomes immaterial whether you calculate the density of water or of any other matrial from 10gm sample or 15 gm.sample or 200ml.sample.Density for a particular substance is constant.

You either aren't asking a correct question, or are asking an incomplete one. mL is a volume measure while grams is a mass measure. You CAN'T compare the two unless you know the density of the substance you're dealing with.

Density is an intrinsic property of matter, i.e. it is independent of the amount of material present. As long as both substances are pure, and measured at the same temperature the density of each will be the same.

15 mL is larger. 1mL of water is equal to 1 gram at sea level.
