i'm solving a friend's crisis. he says= "i'm a total loser, my family's poor because of my house, and i need clothes. wheres a good place to shop where i can get jeans for around 30$ and shirts/ polos for around 10- 15$? i dont like department stores, and abercrombie is too expensive."

Try Ross that is a cheap nice store. Or you can try expensive stores clerence. Such as Hollister,Abercrombie,Pac Sun or American Eagle.

Lands End has perhaps the best service you would find. Some of their regular stuff is in your price range. Their overstock is much better priced if there is anything to interest you.
