Since Leather Face is really based on Ed Gein a not too bright man who killed 2 people in the 50's and Dahmer was at least of normal intelligence but used his being homosexual as an excuse for murder and cannibalism plus killed many more people I would have to say Dahmer

i think Dahmer, because he was real .. he kill and ate people for 10 years ...
Leather face is baced by Ed Gain .. he ate and killed people too but he killed less people than Dahmer ... but he was more mentaly disturbed than Dahmer so i think that Ed Gain is the worst ...
