I'm fluent in English, and can carry on a conversation (slowly) in Spanish. I know a few words in other languages, but just what I've picked up from TV and stuff. Spanish is the only language I've studied.

My primary language is English but I can speak Spanish pretty fluently, German enough to get around with and a few expressive phrases (not obscene) in French.
