can something that is taboo be a arousing?

for example: can a heterosexual guy get turned on by an incestual sex scene or a gay scene just becuase it is taboo...not necessarily meaning that he/she is into that kind of stuff

Yes of course ... that's why it was made taboo! Everything arousing is taboo to someone.
