For a while, Tiffany's made their products available through other very high-end jewelers. They have discontinued this. You don't say if you are looking for their latest designs. If so, you must buy from them - but it's easy - they WANT to sell to you. If not, you should be aware that there is a thriving "aftermarket". Any jeweler who takes trade-ins is delighted to take pieces marked "Tiffany". Ask your local jewelers (and pawnshops, too)
