I have never done this before so I am unsure as to what I will need to do this? Where can I find artwork for my design or do I create it myself somehow? Is this process fairly easy to do? How long will the t-shirt last?

Thanks!

As my package recommended, I bought a tee shirt either 50/50 or 100% cotton. You can search the web, or use your photo editing program. I used a picture of our cows, and put words near some, like cartoon words in a bubble. Just follow the package guidelines about flipping the image and letters.
Wash in cold water the first 2-3 times of wear.
Mine still has the image, but it's fading as it's over a year old, and I wore it/washed it a lot. Also the ink won't last as long as a professional done job, but it's fun to make your own.

A while ago, I purchased a make-your-own-tee starter set. It came with a CD, some tees, and several pieces of paper (there are two types: one for dark tees and one for white tees). The CD had many pre-made designs to choose from, but it's not necessary to use them. You can create your own design, print it out on the special paper, and then iron it on the tee.

It seems easy, but I haven't tried it yet! I believe they claim that the tee will last for a year.

well, first buy the iron-on paper from a store
then print what you want on the paper from a computer
then place the paper with the design on the shirt and iron it.
