You really can't. Go to the place you got them and see if they can buff them out--it should be a free service; if not, go to Walmart. If the scratches are too bad to buff, then you're going to need new lenses if it really bothers you.
(Just a tip, though...if you ever get superglue on your lenses, you can use acetone nail polish remover to get it off.)

I always get the scratch coat. But I don't think it is much more than an insurance policy that you will forget to get new lenses w/i in the 2 year window. I got 2 pairs of new lenses last year b/c of the scratch coat replacement lenses. Never use the tail of your shirt to clean your glasses. I work at a really dust place. I rinse my glasses then use glass wipes on them.

There is TV commercial touting a new product called Liquid Lense for removing scratches. It probably fills the scratch somehow.

in some cases they can buff the scratches out but they have to be small ones but if there are lots of them and large your best bet would be to get a new pair because buffing can take the prescription off the lenses if the scratches are large

Get new lenses with the scratch proof coating. Too late to fix the ones you have now.
