I used to get my boy friends mother a nice candle and holder for a booth the local mall used to set up, but you could probably find them anywhere. usually cost about $20 because it was good quality and the holder was usually really fancy. Or wine if she drinks it is always anice gift, A nice blanket that matches a room in the house...and as for the bath set...most people like almost any scent. Go to a shop that sells nice bath sets and ask for the most popular scent...usually you cant go wrong with that.

1. Don't stress, remember, it's always the thought that counts.
2. Don't get clothes, it's very... um inpersonal.?
3. If she doesn't like the fragrace, that's what gift receipts are for.
4. Also, everyone likes jewelry. Or even a watch or something.

You can't go wrong with any of that!!! :)

A set of stationary- with a winter theme- she might like to write thank you notes on. A Christmas afgan or blanket for chilly winter evenings? I would also stay away from clothing- the size issue and peoples tastes are different.

A candle that you think might match a certain room in her home, like the living room or dining room or bathroom for example...

A book possibly, if she enjoys reading...

You could always ask your boyfriend for ideas as well if you need more help...

Just be genuine in your gift and write a genuine, heart-felt card yourself..I think that his mother would be very touched by something like this...Maybe a candle and a lovely card written by you. That would be my best advice to you.

Good luck and I wish you well!!

Sincerely,

Kiara

How about a gift certificate for a manicure and pedicure at her favorite beauty shop?

or - a gift card at Borders or Barnes and Noble?

or - a gift card at her favorite restaurant?

or - a nice pair of gloves?

or - a nice pocket calendar w/leather cover for 2007?

Get her a gift card for her favorite store, or maybe a purse and wallet. I always get my mother in law something she can use as a center piece for the dinning room table. I once got her a cookie jar that looked like the Pillsbury dough boy she loved it!

for women you don't recognize, the least complicated element you're able to do, is flow to bath and physique Works and get one in all their baskets, or ask your boyfriend if he's familiar with her prominent fragrance, and get her some issues in the fragrance. Its uncomplicated, and is purely approximately by no ability disappointing. wish this helps!!
