i do believe in fate..
but it doesnt make it right to say that we donot have to do anything, cuz every thing is wriiten down as our fate..

we have to work for things, search things..
then only, let fate say what it was meant to say..

Not like that, no.
Our actions determine our lives. Fate is not written by others, our lives do have a "destiny" but it is constantly changing, being determined by our actions, both good and bad, and to that end we are the authors of our own fate. There are challenges we must face, but those challenges are also determined by "us".

Karma is funny that way.

Actually I am somewhat repulsed by the very idea. I do not believe in a higher purpose and think that the belief in such is merely the result of a sort of global inferiority complex nursed by our fear of our own mortality.

Besides if we have no free will and are all controlled by a destiny then what's the point in doing anything? You can't even take credit for your good deeds and don't have to excuse you evil ones. I am content that I have no great purpose and I do what I think is right, but I do it because I choose to do it, destiny has no part as far as I'm concerned.

I believe in fate. I meet a man that I should not be with and fell in love. It's wrong in so many ways. I have only known him for 3 weeks. It's crazy but then so is fate.

I am a follower of the great goddess, Isis. The gods do ordain some of our fates, but not all. Only the ones destined to do amazing things have their lives shaped by divine plan.

The concepts of "fate" and "free will" are mutually exclusive. If, as I believe, we do, indeed, have free will, then our futures are of our own making. The are and created what IS, how we deal with the world and each other is up to us, and the consequences of our actions are equally on us. Fate is just a way for people to avoid taking responsibility for themselves.
