Seriously, there are some really stupid questions. With all the dumb questions that people ask I'm honestly surprised that I haven't seen something like, "Where do I put a tampon?" or "What condom type is the best condom?" There was one question about "Whats the best non-alcoholic beverage to give to children on thanksgiving?" WOW! How stupid can you be? Try: Milk, Soda, Juice, etc.
There was another question that went along the lines of "What potatoes are the best to make mashed potatoes?" Try: ASKING SOMEONE YOU KNOW or going to the grocery store.

Well i can tell you that people have no answers and there hoping you can help them with the question and get an answer i mean some people don't even know that there putting up stupid questions or they are trying to be perfect.I mean people might think that the question your asking is stupid (not saying that this question is)
People just wanna have fun asking these questions and just play around.Some people just wanna be pefect.And some people really need help cause their stuck and they have no one too ask that they come to you and ask you cause they think you can help and they can trust some of you.Also to the asker the question is important to them and they really want an answer.And people say yourquestion is a stupid question don't listen too them it's not stupid it's a good piont

They may be stupid to you but they are important to the asker. If you don't like the flippin' question don't flippin' answer it. Shut up and get on with your life. You just wasted 5 points for this response and gave me 2. Do you feel better now?

Why 'stupid' questions asked here? To 'spark the mind' and stimulate 'conversation'. Answer to question not so important...they generally already know answer. They probably just want to 'get in anothers head' and wonder what comes out. Also...for some...simply to humor themselves of what kind of reply their question brings.

People ask stupid questions here because they CAN. That doesn't mean you have to answer them. I think a lot of it has to do with boredom... what's going through their minds at that very moment and they have no one right there to speak to.

Well, I will agree about the stupid questions, but the one about the potato is a good one.........you can't mash all potatoes. Some get really gooey when mashed........lalalalala

The only reason they do it is just to get a reaction and make people upset. They do it because they think it is funny when there is in fact real people that have real problems and need real answers.
