My periods have always been irregular. I am 2 weeks late (which I'mm usually only a week or so late!) and I've been spotting ( clear discharge mixed with blood!) for about 2 weeks now (maybe once or twice a day!). My husband and I had sex with a condom on my most fertile day (according to the fertily chart I found on the net!) What are my chances of being pregnant? Plus a few days later we had unprotected anal sex as well. I also have been VERY tired and sluggish. I have a doctors appointment this week but what do you think is wrong with me?

Well as u must know the condom is not 100% safe and reliable. There is a chance that u might be pregnant. From what i have heard its imposible to get pregnant from having anal sex. I have used condoms in the past and havent gotten pregnant but some did rip. Maybe in ur case the condom ripped or he didnt put it on right. Well u should definetly get urself checked and have a pregnancy test. If it comes out negative u might wanna check into that spotting thing because something might be going on with ur reproductive system. I tell u this advice because im having problems with mine and till the date i cant get pregnant, oh and by the way i have always been irregular on my periods. well i hope this advice helps. take care

Condoms are the only form of birth control we every used , except for Depo a couple of times, but I never had a problem with condoms and never got pregnant until we actually tried, but i guess there is alway a chance you got a defective condom. They arent 100%. So just go get a test or wait until the appointment and good luck. Congrats if you are.

I would say if there wasn't a hole in the condom or if I didn't slip off while in the action I am sure you are not pregnant, but you might have your fertility days wrong I was using one of those fertility charts and it had my fertile days wrong so if you are not protecting yourself every time you might have a slight chance that you are pregnant.

If used perfectly condoms have a 2% chance of failing, if not used correctly then have a 15% chance of failing. You should only have sex if you are ready to have a kid...
