I'm sure if you have confidence you'll do fine! Make sure you're comfortable with what you're wearing...there's nothing more annoying than wearing something you're not comfortable in when you are already uncomfortable. Loreal Face Finity is a good foundation...
I'll say a prayer for you that you do well...God Bless! :)

When you stand up facing the class, do not make eye contact with anyone. Look straight ahead, scan your vision from side to side, take a deep breath and remember, you are the authority on the subject at hand. Expect a heckle or two but don't acknowledge them. In your mind you are talking to a bunch of 2nd. grade children, command respect. Stand up straight, do not fidget, or be shifting your feet around. Speak loud and clear, enunciate each word fully, don't run your words together, like: I'm gonna go... , instead say : I am going ...
If you make a mistake, quickly correct yourself,(you can even say ,excuse me ) then get back to your delivery. I have been giving lectures for 34 years and I still make a mistake now and then, it's normal. Good luck.

Sweetie don't worry , most people are afraid of speaking in front of others,
as a matter of fact more than the number that are scared to die . Just dress so that you know you are at your best {the makeup will help to make you feel better } and repeat as a mantra " they will love me " . I used to pretend they were all people who really did love me . That makes it so much easier .
If this is something you wrote, no one but you will have any idea if you mess up . I'll pray that you do a good job ! good luck .......... You can do it !

See now its sort of not fair taht im answering this because im an actor and thrive on attention, but i used to be like that. What helps is look at the back of the room over their heads so your not looking at them. Also, if you practice what you have to do at home in front of a mirror or your parents, then its easier.

Honey you might want to say a prayer before you have to get out in front of your class, ask the Lord to give you the strength to say the right things and he will guide you through it. I agree with the one that says to look over the tops of peoples heads. I used to sing in church and it worked for me. God Be with you tomorrow.

Try to focuss on and object or the back of the romm. just breath. Think about it this way, it could be worse. If it is just in front of your class, then that is really not alot. Good Luck.

Try to concentrate on what you'll be presenting or talking about. That should help to take your mind off your fears.
