I am absolutely serious with this answer, and, if you don't believe me, just try this. Put it in a glass of Coca Cola (not Pepsi) for about an hour or two. Take it out, rinse it, and wipe it off. I'm very serious, that little sucker will shine.

My sound like I am giving you a dumb answer, but penny that we leave in are pockets come out shining after the clothes and washed. Maybe you can put them in a lingerie bag and put them in the washing machine with a load of towels.

Lemon juice. should clean a penny. just leave it in for an hour i think then rinse with water. im not 100% sure..
