Unfortunately when you get a large cross sampling of people like this site gets you are invariably going to get the nasty ones from time to time. My advice is to just ignore them. This will not only keep them from getting what they want which is to set you or someone off but because you don't get mad they will because they didn't win. :)

not everyone HAS to be nice. If everyone was nice the world would be a very wrong place to live in. Look up Yin-Yang and it will tell you the balance of good and bad is totally natural and must be that way for things to be right. Just ignore the rude people, thats all you can do.

Unfortunatley, some people have nothing better to do than criticize people and make them have a bad day.. kinda like their lives. Just make sure you dont ask questions that are seriously rude or biased and people wont have as much to say.

and about mean people, some are mean in real life too, so I don't think it has much to do with the fact that yahoo is anonymous

I agree with you TOTALLY....you don't deserve it and I don't either...noone does except the ones that dish it out. I always answer respectfully and if the question isn't something I care to answer I just skip it and find another. But some of the people enjoy answering with stupid answers and very rude answers, I always rate it poorly and it's hidden so they didn't get anything over on me, Ha Ha....

Some people just get a kick out of being mean, that's all there is to it. I don't know the answer, but you're right no one deserves to be treated badly.

People like that usually have low self esteem and make themselves feel better by putting others down. Try to ignor them, they aren't worth the trobule!

I wouldn't worry about it too much sweets. Some people have nothing better to do then pick on others...I think it probably makes them feel better and boosts their egos. They're just poor sad people;-)
