No, he's not really dead, and I mean that too. He's supposed to come back july 7 of next year, because there's 3 7's in the dance, because of the 7 day theory.

I believe that he's really dead, but he wrote so much material before he died that didn't make the cut onto his albums, and after his death, they continued to put out the unreleased stuff.

what a coincidence i was talking to my husband about that, he said is rare for a person to be dead to have so many new Cd's, i think if he is dead or making believe that he is in a hide out that only his close family will know. and it is punishable to fake your own death by the law enforcement agencies.

Oh let it go, the man died, okay? OTHER people are still getting rich off of him and his music and his name, and that's why he's still coming out with "new stuff" (which was actually recorded YEARS ago) and got a clothing line and all that, but he is gone. Beside's he's not a punk and only a punk would have to fake his own death!
Oh and I would just like to point out that the one's who are getting rich off him Still are probably the one's who made sure he was killed off. YA think about that one!

Dead, unless new evidence supports that he's alive. I know some people want to believe that he's alive, but there is no proof that he is.
