OK, I am on the basketball team(off the bench). Like whenever I run too fast in a short period of time, I get exhausted easily and I start to feel sick. Like, I feel like I am going to throw up. I dont want this feeling. I want to play and play my heart out without feeling this way. Do you guys have any tips on how I can get better and not feel sick. Help would be appreciated. Thank You.

i would go see the doctor to rule out any underlying cause you might have heart probs/ loss of energy or feeling sick

you should exercise regularly to try to get your body used to the work. Otherwise see a doctor. Good luck!

YOu need to get back in top shape again...thats why..either that, or you need to wait an hour after you ate a big meal..
