Are some torrent seed files removed by internet sites / ISP's?

Question

Are popular torrent seeds of current movies, music, or games somehow "cancelled" or removed by the torrent sites or ISP's at the request of publishers? I've noticed that many current running movies suddenly have the torrent seeds unavailible or disabled, or the thing never downloads any content. What's up?

i have the same problem and it seems that seeders after finishing downloading remover the file from u torrent
