Yes. Get a pregnancy test. There are other hormonal changes which can cause pregnancy-like symptoms even when there is no pregnancy.

did you use ur 1st morning's urine? that's when it's most concentrated. did you use a tester that detects pregnancy 5-6 days earlier? I used 1st response/accuclear and got my BFP @ 10dpo. you may not have enuf HCG hormones. i would also wait for your period to be missed 1st (a couple of days makes a difference in the hormones) and if it still comes out neg after 1 wk then have your GP take an HCG serum

If she is five days late, a home pregnancy test could very well come out positive if she is pregnant. Go to your nearest grocery store and pick up a urine home pregnancy test. It could very well be pregnancy since I also had cramping from implantation.

A simple prenancy test should help. I think you may have to wait a little longer for an accurate reading, but I'm not sure. EPT, for example, would probably say when to use it on the box.

could be pregnant, could be premenstrual. Take a OTC test and if its positive call her OB/GYN
