Cambrian: trilobites

Silurian: boney fishes and sea scorpions early land plants

Devonian:sharks, ferns, first land animals, mites, early tetrapods (land fish/amphibians)

Triassic: Lizards, Dimetrodon, early dinosaurs, primitive mammals

Jurassic: Age of Dinosaurs Allosaurus, first birds

well there were lots of them... but blue green algae was in all of them
