i got kicked out a few days ago and now i'm living with my dad instead of my mom. he lives about two hours away (in Tampa) so i have to go to a different school. i miss all of my friends VERY much. today my mom called (in tears) telling me she wants me back (wich we knew she would do anyway. but my dad was (and still is) so excited to have me living with him wich i haven't done since i was 3.(they got divorced) he's always been around and everything. he's a great dad. she's not such of a great mom, but i miss my little brother and sister and my friends. i'm teriffied of going to a new school (with good reason, it being in Tampa and having a very high crime rate and being MUCH bigger than i'm used to) but, i will still be able to see my friends and talk to them. i know the people will be mean at the new school because people have told me. i don't want to go back to my mom's because of her and it will hurt my dads feelings very badly. that's all i can say 'cause imabouttorunoutoutofspace

I actually went through that many years ago. Stay with your dad. You will adjust to the new school and you can still get together with your old friends every so often. I am soooo hoping that your mom was not as "off" as mine but I don't know where I would be today if I had not stayed with my dad. My situation was bad enough that the state of Fla...yep me too, I lived in Fla..ended up taking me from my mom at 12 and made me make a choice. I chose my dad. My stepmother and I did not get along at first but now, after many years, we are best friends. Goes to show all that you see at first is not necessarily what ends up. Good luck to you. And yep I know Tampa, I am from Cape Kennedy area (Titusville), you have my utmost sympathy but I bet you can make it through it. Stay close with your brother and sister, chances are they are going to need you down the line.
