Andy Kaupfman did the same 'schtick' or routine as 'Latke' on the TV show Taxi in the 70's. He did it for comedy purposes. He was an eccentric, but it worked for the comedy. Borat is a crass and disagreeable character who is even more so due to his ethnic type. It borders on slander of the whole country of Khazakstan, and IT IS NOT FUNNY. Not even a bit. It seems to be only a vehicle to shock, not entertain.

its just extra publicity. America is stupid. That hoe on the news didn't loose her job because of Borat. She wants to blame someone else for her being a Hoe. Those college pricks said what they said. They should be glad they were in the funniest movie in America.

Jagshemash! People are stupid. If they believe the stuff "Borat" tells them about Kazakhstan, then they should be on TV so that people can maker fun of them.
