How do you track your cervical mucus and how high up you are/ cause i really dont know what im trying to feel in there!!! and when do you start tracking it?

Immediately after your period. your cervix.

The closer you get to ovulation the more CM you will get. Closest to ovulation it could be a big glob and stretchy. As for checking your Cervix, it can take several months to get used to it. Because it will be different all throughout your cycle. So you need to get familiar with it. It can feel like a hard knob up near the top , feeling like how the end of your nose feels and right before you ovulate it should start to get softer and feels soft like your lips would feel. You will also feel it more open during ovulation. I found all of this on many different sites when I would look up ovulation and Cervical Mucus. I finally learned when I was ovulating and it worked great. It took about 3 months to understand the pattern of my cycle because I didnt know what I was doing either.

well usually when you ovulate your cervical mucus is well just like mucus.... only it's usually clear. It will amost look like when you wipe that there is 'thick' clear snotty mucus. Usually you will notice the mucus for 3 or 4 days during ovulation...
